Sustainability Advisory & ESG Reporting as Services
- Lead the annual ESG Strategy & Report preparation, information & data gathering, content development
&
external assurance. Ensure alignment with ESG disclosure requirement and best practices. Identify
potential
challenges and proactively manage them to ensure on time deliverables, milestones and ensure
deadlines are
met
- Lead the discussions on sustainability with all key stakeholders and handhold the leadership team to
embed
sustainability in the vision & mission of the organization. Manage multiple internal & external
sustainability issues, ensure quality of deliverables in line with company standard. Act as a
strategic
advisor on a wide range of sustainability topics and manage teams on program execution
- Drive and enable implementation of sustainability initiatives through extensive project management.
Track
and monitor initiatives through the development of sustainability performance indicators,
target-setting,
tracking of progress against targets. Ensure SOP and documentation support for ESG reporting
- Support in creating internal alignment, awareness with in the functions and governance structures
regarding
the preparation of the annual reports and other submissions, reporting process, reporting
requirements and
action plans to improve ESG reporting and disclosure
- Work closely with various teams (Manufacturing, Operation, Finance, Risk Management, HR, Business
Units) to
drive monthly meetings to track and monitor ESG initiatives. Ensure compliance with environmental
and social
requirements as agreed with the stakeholders
- Integrate ESG, Sustainability Reporting with Management & Financial information system
- Establish rules to measure how businesses account for their ESG practices
- Handle Sustainability accounting, Environmental impact assessment, Green House Gas Emission
Protocol, Carbon
- Emission reduction reporting & improvement initiatives
- Supporting corporate governance, social impact, diversity, inclusion and related compliance
- Support in developing Sustainability strategies and materiality assessment
- Handle global regulations, reporting standards like GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD, TNFD, CSRD, SFDR and BRSR
- Understand and analyse company policies, processes, commitments, country regulations, policy towards
ESG &
corporate disclosures and support enhancement of ESG Maturity & Score
- Support in ESG data automation, ESG software implementation, data monitoring & tracking
- ESG Metric, KPI identification and preparation of Board reporting (internal and external) pack
- Internal Control and Assurance over Sustainability Data & ESG Reporting
- Good understanding of ESG & Sustainability issues relevant to different industry sectors
- Support the organization leadership for internal training related to ESG & Sustainability
